Cryokinesis A mental manipulation of ice in all its forms. By ceasing the energy-in-transit that creates thermal energy transference at an atomic level, Uisoo can manipulate the kinetic flow of heat in spaces around himself. Essentially, his gift allows him to pinpoint and reject the movement of particles at an atomic level so that all molecular moisture inverts into ice. Via this, he can do a number of things: from converting organic substance into ice and vice versa to augmentation of structures by converting moisture and water around its person into solid ice structures. The gift allows Uisoo the potential to fully encompass ice and cold with a snap of a finger but, well, he's young and it's new and he's lucky if he can snap his fingers without suddenly turning the whole room into an ice box these days. The slow process will be gradual, a subtle shift into what could and should be, but it is clear that the potential is dangerously large whenever he tries to activate his gift in any capacity.
